The Enlightenment Collection

Just as Carter G. Woodson put forth, young people in America, especially children of color, are not as educated as they are miseducated. We're taught that everything good came from European males and that people of color haven't contributed much. Adopting this fallacy renders the adopter immobile.  When you are connected to the truth, the truth that your ancestors were great people who accomplished much, it inspires a sense of efficacy. It leads you to believe that you too can accomplish great things. You must know where and who you come from in order to know where and how far you may go....
